Check-in Consultation after Part Two Consultation: 2 Weeks later

You will have a check-in consultation two weeks after your second part of your consultation. That is a 15-minute videoconferencing or phone call to answer questions about your diagnoses, lifestyle changes, supplements, and diet implementations.

Follow-up Consultations:

Your follow-up consultation is an in-person visit that is one hour long. The appointment will review your progress, address roadblocks and adjust anything on your roadmap. These consultations will be spaced based on your condition and needs. Typically, there may be two to four-week appointments.

Follow-up Consultations through Telemedicine:

These follow-ups are available in multiple states based on the health conditions that are being monitored. All of the same costs for follow-ups will apply.

Our clinic doctor is available through the patient portal between your office visits using HIPAA secure messaging and email.

Note: As of 2020, any email that takes longer than 5 minutes to address will be billed based on a $300 per hour rate. An email that will take 15 minutes for chart review, answer questions, and make recommendations will get charged $75 for the email.
