Concierge Program
Our Concierge Program is designed exclusively for insurance-based patients, providing priority access and direct communication with Dr. Khan for personalized care and functional medicine support.
- $1,999/year (for insurance-based patients)
- $2,600/year (for non-insurance patients – includes the same benefits with discounted Functional Medicine testing)
- Ability to text Dr. Khan (response within ~24 hours)
- Order and discuss Functional Medicine testing
- Extended hours for telemedicine consultations
- Priority office visits with dedicated time slots (if unavailable, evening/night televisit options may be arranged)
- No refunds or credits are allowed for the concierge fee.
- Payable by check, cash, or ACH. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% surcharge.
- SMS response time may take up to 24 hours.
- Functional Medicine (FM) testing is available for purchase to existing insurance patients. However, the interpretation of FM testing is billed through Functional Medicine office visit fees (no insurance accepted).
- Non-insurance-based patients in the $2,600 Concierge Program receive the same benefits with discounted FM testing.
